Abstract

PURPOSE:For stabilizing laser oscillation, to make an oscillator unoscillating through the process consisting of providing the collar plate having an opening in the tube constituting said oscillator, and encasing and keeping a screw-fastened reflector and filter plate a reflector, a laser crystal, and a lens behind said collar plate. CONSTITUTION:Base screws 1 and 2 are fitted in the inner circumferential surfaces of the end portions of the tube 5 constituting an oscillator M, and the collar plate 4 having a circular central opening 3 formed combinedly at the center of said tube 5. next, a flat-surface reflector 8 made of a disc-shaped transparent plate 6 and a reflector 7, a laser crystal 10 surrounded by parallel end surfaces 9a and 9b, a flat- convex lens 13 surrounded by a flat surface 18 and a convex surface 11a are encased in the order of mention on the base screw 2 side of said collar plate 4, and the reflector 12 having an opening 15 and a filter plate 24 are thrusted into said base screw 2 while said flat surface reflector 8, laser crystal 10 and flat-convex lens 13 are kept under an O-ring 17. Further, a condensing lens 22 is thrusted into said base screw 1 by using a screw 21, and excitation beam 23 is applied to said lens 22 for the generation of laser beam 19 by said filter plate 24.
