Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain superior electrical characteristics and practical strength by performing heat compression after adjusting moisture rate of wet paper wherin the wet paper is provided on the surface of the frame which has a concave part with a fixed gutter angle and the wet paper is stacked on the concave part in staged condition. The flat frame provides the wet paper with an intermediary of a wire- netting for dehydration.
CONSTITUTION: Wet paper consists of polymeric pulpified powder of heat resistant aromatic family group and the polymeric and/or non-organic single fabric. The wet paper 1 is provided along the surface of a frame 6 having a concave part with the gutter angle of 45W90° and the optimum pieces of wet paper 2 are stacked in the concave part. Wet paper 3 is provided on the flat frame with an intermediary of wire netting for dehydration 5. Then, the wet paper 1W3 are compressed by heat at the possible slow rate. Monolithic property is obtained by effectively acting moisture of the wet paper adjusted to 30W90% among the paper 1W3 for water cohesion. At that time, temperature is to be 110°C or over, or below softening point of the polymer of heat resistant aromatic family group. In this composition, the color spacer excels in oil immersing and corona characteristics because no adhesive is used and in practical strength due to the existence of no gap in the spacer.
