Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the production of error due to insertion or de-insertion of the package (PKG), by turning on or off the gate circuit provided at the main signal path of package (PKG) with the power supply voltage application detection circuit having a time constant.
CONSTITUTION: PKG1, 2, 3 have inverters 12, 22, 31 on the main signal path, PKG1, 2 have the gate circuit consisting of the transistors Tr13, 23 on the main signal path and power supply application detection circuits 11, 21 and coupled with the bus and connected to PKG3. In normal state, Tr13, 23 turn on and the signals of PKG1, 2 are delivered to PKG3 in time sharing. When PKG1 is once de-inserted and again inserted, the supply voltage Vcc is disconnected and the voltage is restored at re-insertion, and the capacitor 19 of the circuit 11 is charged. When charging progresses, Tr16 turns on, then Tr13 turns on and the main signal through the inverter 12 is delivered to PKG3. Thus, even with insertion or de-insertion of PKG, the main signal of other PKG is not disturbed.
