Abstract

PURPOSE:To make setting at the original replacing rapid and sure and make possible automation of operations by fixing the original to the bottom of a flexible transparent sheet then mounting the flexible transparent sheet to a cassette thence setting the same on a printing table. CONSTITUTION:A cassette 3 mounted with a flexible transparent sheet 2 is elevatably supported between a printing table 6 applied with a vacuuming means and a light source 7 and a squeegee roller 9 for squeezing the sheet 2 on the engraving material 8 on the printing table is moved forward and backward to the left. After the cassette 3 is lowered on to the printing table 6 and is set, the roller 9 is moved leftward while letting the vacuuming means operate. The sheet 2 makes vacuum contact to the engraving material 8 on the printing table. Printing is then accomplished by the light source 7. To replace the original 1, the cassette 3 is withdrawn from the device and the other cassette having beforehand been prepared is mounted. Hence, replacing and setting may be accomplished rapidly and surely, and the automation of operation made possible.
