Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Secondary electrode 14 at the side of earth electrode 2 on ceramic substrate 1 and at the input side at the part where no opposition is given to input and output electrodes 9 and 7. Electrode 14 is then connected to output electrode 7. The similar element is provided to the output side along with installation of coupling electrodes 6 and 10. The two ceramic elements are provided in opposition to each other, and chip capacitor 18 consisting of electrodes 16 and 17 is connected between the ceramic elements. Electrodes 6 and 10 shield the resonance part. As a result, the almost equal potential is secured over the entire ceramic substrate to reduce both the spurious of the high frequency and the secondary vibration, thus improving the attenuation characteristics.
