Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformly mix a liquid of a high viscosity, which is smoothly transferred, with pulverized materials, by mixing via a suction chamber a mixed liquid of a high viscosity, which has been prepared in the first mixer, with a pulverized material ejected with a gas; and mixing the resulting mixture with pulverized materials in the second mixer. CONSTITUTION:Liquids in tanks 1, 2 are supplied as the flow rates thereof are regulated by regulators 6, 7 into a static mixer 5 via an inlet 5b thereof. These liquids are then downwardly transferred by the gravity as they are forcibly and divisionally mixed with each other, to reach an outlet of the mixer 5. Pressure air from a pressure air reservoir 17c is ejected from a nozzle 16 to suck a pulverized material from a tank 27, and the pressure air and the pulverized material are ejected from a nozzle 26. The ejection at the nozzle 26 causes vacuum in a suction chamber 10 to thereby suck a mixed liquid from the outlet of the mixer 5, and the mixed liquid and the pulverized material are sent under pressure to the second mixer 12. In the second mixer 12, at least two kinds of pulverized materials supplied thereinto from tanks 21, 22 and the pulverized material added to the mixed liquid in the suction chamber 10 are agitated and mixed with the mixed liquid by guide vanes 21a. The resulting product is supplied to a mold 13.
