PURPOSE:To simplify the switching control while reducing the number of parts by a plurality of switching controls through the operation of one external control shaft. CONSTITUTION:When the external control shaft 1 is turned counterclockwise as pulled out, the rotation of the shaft 1 is transmitted to a switch gear 7 through a sliding pinion 6 to turn the lever 8 clockwise so that the positioning pin 10 is fitted into a recess 11b whereby a working rod 9 is brought into contact with a pin 13. This enables the quick feed of the time position. On the other hand, when the shaft 1 is turned clockwise as pulled out, the lever 8 is turned counterclockwise. Consequently, the pin 10 is fitted into the recess 11c so that a bent piece 11d of a positioning spring 11 comes in contact with the pin 14. Thus, the starting can be done after the quick correction.
