Abstract

PURPOSE:To extinguish a combustor rapidly by a method wherein an electromagnet is energized to make an open condition comparatively in a short time on firing the combustor, and to make a magnet valve in a close condition to extinguish rapidly on an abnormal combustion time. CONSTITUTION:A controlling circuit 3 checks the tendency of electromotive force of a generator 1, which sends a signal when the electromotive force is decreased. A short circuit element 4 short-circuits both terminals of coil 2 of a solenoid valve when a signal is transmitted from the controlling circuit 3. Since this allows to flow a slight current to the controlling circuit 3 unless the electromotive force of the generator 1 is not decreased, the generator body 1 and the coil 2 of the solenoid valve are connected in series. On dropping the electromotive force of the generator 1, the load applied to the generator 1 consists the coil 2 and the short circuit element, which causes to drop the current flowing through the coil 2, and finally unable to flow the current to secure the open condition, which allows to become a close condition.
