Abstract
PURPOSE: To realize a simple bearing-frictionless mechanism by providing a magnetic ring core magnetized in a prescribed way and a couple of magnetic column cores, magnetized in a fixed way, of a diameter close to the inner diameter size of the above-mentioned ring core and by rotating the magnetic ring core through the induction of an AC magnetic field while supporting them by repulsion between respective magnetic poles.
CONSTITUTION: The inner circumferential surface and outside circumferential surface of magnetic ring core 1 are magnetized differing in polarity, and flanks of magnetic column core 2 are also magnetized differing in polarity. Additionally, a couple of magnetic column cores 2 are so arranged that while center axes of respective columns agree with the center axis of magnetic ring core 1, each magnetic pole will agree with that of the inside circumferential surface of magnetic ring core 1. Rotor iron core 4 is fixed on the inside circumferential surface of magnetic ring core 1 and stator iron core 5 wound around stator winding 6 is arranged, so that providing winding 6 with a revolving magnetic field will generate turning force across rotor iron core 4 to rotate magnetic ring core 1. Further, any frictional force does not operate on magnetic core 1 at all, and consequently high-speed rotation is possible, so that the motor can be miniaturized on the whole.
