Abstract
PURPOSE:To smoothly transfer out the work having been molded with the press irrespective of its shape and size and improve working efficiency by clamping the work then lifting the same upward and drawing out in the lateral direction from the press. CONSTITUTION:After having been molded with a double-acting press 1, the product is lifted by a lower die 9. A clamp 46 clamps the product 12. After this, an elevating rail 22B rises and a take-out device 14 also rises together to lift the product 12 up to the level of a receiving part 13, where the product 12 is handed to the receiving part 13 through releasing motion of the clamp 46. The descending of the elevating rail 22B and ascending of the 1st posture correcting device 15 take place simultaneously to perform posture correction. Thence, the product 12 is held by a holding device 16, the device 15 descends and a feed bar 61B retreats. The product 12 is inserted into the recess 71B of the holding arm. The product 12 is turned over by a turnover device 17. The product 12 is handed onto a stopper means 75B and as the feed bar 61B retreats, it positions above the 2nd posture correcting device 18. The product is received to the press feed bar 81B.
