Abstract

PURPOSE: To control the pouring of a suitable amount of ammonia corresponding to load fluctuations by measuring the nitrogen oxide densities at the inlet and outlet of a denitration reactor, in a dry type denitration apparatus for exhaust gas.
CONSTITUTION: The nitrogen oxide contained exhaust gas 2 of fluctuating loads such as waste incinerator exhaust gas is led into a denitration reactor 3, where denitration is accomplished with ammonia as a reducing agent. At this time, NOx densities are measured by using NOx analyzers 9, 10 at the inlet and outlet of the denitration reactor 3. This values are converted to electric signals which are then inputted to an operator 11 to operate denitration efficiency. Based on this denitration efficiency, it is inputted to a NH3 controller 12 and is compared with the preset denitration efficiency and NH3 is poured at a suitable amount into the exhaust gas 2 by operating an NH3 control valve 6. In this way, the NH3 is poured and controlled at a suitable amount corresponding to load fluctuations readily and accurately.
