PURPOSE:To obtain the even printing plate of good vacuum adhesiveness by making the both edge parts of printing plate surface lower in temperature than the central part at the time of evenly dispersing and depositing the heat-fusible fine powder of the specific grain sizes on the photosensitive printing plate surface then fusion- bonding the same by letting the surface contact with a heating roll. CONSTITUTION:The heat-fusible fine powder of the fixed direction sizes (grain size) 0.5-40mu is evenly dispersed and deposited at 0.005-0.5g/1m<2> on the surface 2 of a photosensitive printing plate 1 such as PS plate, after which it is fusion- bonded by a heating roll 4 which is improved of surface release characteristic by Teflon lining or the like, a roll 5 which pressure contacts the foregoing fine powder on the surface 2 and a roll 6 which increases the contact area of the surface 2 and roll 4. At this time, with the printing plate 1 whose central part 2B is extending thinner than the both edge parts 2A, the fusion bonding defect of the central part occurs in some cases. Methods such as blowing of cold wind to the end parts 2A on the back side 3 of the photosensitive plate 1 or making the end parts 2A lower than the central part with a preheating roller 7 are employed for the prevention of this so that the both end parts 2A become lower by 0-20 deg.C than the central part. In this way, the uneven fusion bonding of the fine powder is prevented.
