Abstract

PURPOSE: To control indoor temperature as well as conduct the change-over of air cooling and dehumidification only by controlling the operation of a fan mounted to a ventilation duct at the outdoor side by a mechanism wherein a condenser is installed in the way so that it is located extending over both ventilation ducts at the indoor side and the outdoor side.
CONSTITUTION: An evaporator 9 is disposed into a ventilation flue 10 at the indoor side with a suction port 11 and a blowoff port 12, and a condenser 17 is mounted whicth extends over both a ventilation flue 14 at the outdoor side and the ventilation flue 10 at the indoor side partitioned by means of a partition wall 14a, thus forming a refrigerating cycle with a compressor 1 and a throttle 8. A fan 19 is installed to the blowoff port 12 of the said ventilation flue 10 at the indoor side, a suction port 15 is opened to a lower portion of the ventilation flue 14 at the outdoor side and a blowoff port 16 to an upper portion, and a fan 16 is disposed to the blowoff port 16. A condensing location of a refrigerant in the condenser 17 is changed by driving and stopping the outdoor fan 16, and dehumidification and air cooling are changed over.
