Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the treating capacity, analyzing efficiency and treating speed of an apparatus for fractionally filling specimen by continuously and fractionally filling the specimens of the amount corresponding to items to be measured in a plurality of reaction tubes. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus comprises a fractionally filling unit 3 for simultaneously or selectively dipping syringes 4a-4d in N pieces of different specimen containers 2 disposed at specimen collecting position and selectively intaking the specimens of the total amount corresponding to N items to be measured, each syringe 4 selectively discharging the sepcimen of the amount corresponding to one item to be measured, a mechanism for intaking the specimen of the amount corresponding to the respective item to be measured for the respective specimens and sequentially discharging the specimens from the containers 2 at the specimen collecting position C, a mechanism for continuously or intermittently feeding one group of the reaction tubes 1 through a fractionally filling position D during one step of intaking and discharging the specimen by the unit 3 with one group of the tubes 1 including N pieces of the tubes 1, and a mechanism for fractionally filling the specimens of the amount corresponding to N items intaken by the respective syringes 4 in the respective reaction tubes 1 during feeding the one group of the tubes in one step. Thus, this apparatus may fractionally fill continuously the specimens of the amount corresponding to the respective items to be measured in the reaction tubes, respectively.
