Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate incorrect number of article in packing by utilizing for the subsequent computation of the number of article average individual weight value determined based on the number and weight value of article each time it is measured for commercialization. CONSTITUTION:Article to be measured is fed to a pooling hopper 3 of a measuring equipment via a supply hopper 2 from a filling machine 1 and to a measuring hopper 5 from a preliminary hopper 4. A weight value measured with individual measuring machines is inputted into a control arithmetic section 6 via a A/D converter 12. The control arithmetic section 6 calculates average individual weight based on the number of article and the total weight value and the average individual weight value is memorized for utilization for the subsequent computation of the number of article. This procedure is repeated sequentially. With the output of the control arithmetic section 6, a hopper 7 is opened to discharge 8 it to be bagged with a pillow packing machine 9. After the confirmation of the total weight value with a weight checker 10, it is boxed with a caser 11.
