Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain cathode-ray tube free of the lowering of projected light amount from recording face by providing electrodes whose polarities are mutually reverse on the both sides of recording face which are next to each other in the moving direction of photosensitive substance.
CONSTITUTION: The recording face 4 is provided with the electrodes 5a and 5b adhered with a pair aluminium foils, etc., which are next to each other in the moving direction X of a photosensitive substance. DC voltage is applied to the electrodes 5a and 5b, a voltage of the same polarity as the charge of charged toner is applied to the electrode 5a located above the moving direction X of the photosensitive substance, and also a voltage of antipolarity against the aforegoing charge is applied to the other electrode 5b. Thus, an electric force line is formed between the electrodes 5a and 5b, and therefore the positively charged toner is adsorbed to the electrode 5b, the negatively charged toner is adsorbed to the electrode 5a, and the noncharged toner is exhausted outside of the recording face 4 by air stream caused by the movement of the sensitive substance. Therefore, the lowering of projected light amount from the face can be eliminated without fouling the face 4 with toner.
