Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to take a measurement easily in a short time through simple operation, by measuring the absorbance of an eluate, by dispensing a sample by three weak acid ion-exchange resin columns balanced by three kinds of buffer liquids with specific pH and ion density.
CONSTITUTION: Into columns 7W9 filled with weak acid ion-exchange resins 4W6 balanced by phosphoric-acid buffer liquid 1 of pH 6.5W6.7 and ion density 0.01W 0.5M, phosphoric-acid buffer liquid 2 of pH 6.7W6.9 and ion density 0.02W0.1M, and phosphoric-acid buffer liquid 3 of pH 6.0W8.0 and ion density 0.1W1.5M, the same quantity of hemolysis inspecting objective 13 is added. Mext, a photoelectric colorimetric measurement of the 410nm absorbance of eluate 10W12 obtained as an eluate from corresponding phosphoric-acid buffer liquids 1W3 is taken. As a result, the measurement time can be reduced to approximate one-tenth in comparison with conventional one and about 100 inspecting objectives can be measured at a time.
