Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure a number of analytes simply and in a very short time, by a method wherein an eluate containing the analytes collected from a multilayer resin column is measured by a system of a high speed liquid chromatograph prepared by coupling an analytical column to an electrochemical detecting element. CONSTITUTION:Analytes are passed through a multilayer resin column which is formed of cation exchange resin being an H type of a variety of anion resin and the anion resin containing a variety of resin including the cation exchange resin of a strong acid property and the cation exchange resin or a weak acid property. This multilayer resin column is constructed of anion exchange resin and the cation exchange resin packed in two to more layers, and inhibiting substances in the analytes are separated and removed therefrom by passing the analytes through the multilayer resin column in this way. An eluate containing 1,5-anhydroglucitol which is collected is analyzed by a system of a high speed liquid chromatograph prepared by coupling an analytical column to an electrochemical detector.
