Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of abnormal force applied on casting slab, by supporting leveling part elastic in the casting slab extracting direction and providing moving means of the leveling part in the extracting direction when more of a constant force is given on the above part. CONSTITUTION:The leveling part 17 is fixed on the frame 13 and is connected with the elasticity mechanism 19 able to move in the extracting direction of the casting slab 6 attaching the slider 14 and then, is pressed on the side of the casting mold 3 by a constant force. When the breakout is produced and sticking between the slab 6 and the leveling guide 11 is brought about, moving force is produced in the progressing direction of the slab 6 on the frame 13.
