Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the promotion of improving luminous color,luminance and stimulus current density characteristic, by means of further making an addition of fine quantity of copper to a blue color luminous fluorescent material of cubic crystal system zinc sulfide with an addition processed by silver and aluminum.
CONSTITUTION: For blue color luminous fluorescent material of cubic crystal system zinc sulfide, is composed ZnS as the parent substance and are used Ag, Cu and Al as the addition agent, addition quantity of which is made such proportion, for one gram of the parent substance ZnS, as Ag; 10-4 to 6×10-4g, Cu; 10-7 to 1.5×10-6g, Al; 2.5×10-5 to 6×10-4g.
