Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the fault due to the simultaneous conduction of the transistors by a method wherein the detection of the voltage between the collector and the emitter of a transistor or the detection of the collector current is utilized.
CONSTITUTION: The luminous elements 10a, 10b radiate by the current which only passes across the current interruptible resistors 9a, 9b when there exists an off state between the collector and the emitter of each of transistors 1a, 1b, and they transmit the signals insulated through the light guides 11a, 11b to the light receiving amplification circuits 12a, 12b. The light receiving amplification circuits 12a, 12b driven by the light receiving element convert the detected transistor off state signals into the digital signals, perform the signal inversion and form the ON state signal of the transistor. The simultaneous conduction of the transistors 1a, 1b are eliminated, thus, preventing the fracture of the transistor.
