Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate abrasion of vane ends and reduce the pump noise, by using between the vane and vane shaft a bearing whose internal ring is pressed in and fixed to the vane shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor 2 is fitted in a housing 1, the rotor shaft 2b being supported through a ball bearing 1c at a shaft hole 1b of the housing 1, then a needle bearing 12 is pressed inside a rear rotor ring 11 and the assembly is inserted in a shaft 3a of a housing cover 3. A vane shaft 4 is fixed to the cover 3 and a ring shaped bearing box 5 is fixed to the vane shaft's end 7a and a bearing 6 is pressed in it. Then the internal ring 6a of the bearing is pressed for fixing to the vane shaft 4 and this assembly is inserted in the housing 1, the vane 7 being fitted to the rotor opening 2a.
