Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide strong conveying power and high develpoing efficiency by hollowing out the magnet roll of the portion corresponding to the developing pole of a magnet to circular form and inserting such an another circular cylindrical magnet which will revolve in synchronization with the sleeve.
CONSTITUTION: A magnet 1 is fixed to a shaft 2 and a sleeve 3 which comprises being equipped with flanges 4 and 5 having a driving shaft 10 on both ends thereof is rotatably supported via bearings 6 on the outside circumference of the magnet 1. The portion of the magnet 1 corresponding to the developing magnet is hollowed out to nearly circular columar form and the magnet 1' fixed to the shaft 2' is held inserted into this portion. Further spur gears 8, 8' intermesh. If the shaft 2 is held fixed and the driving shaft 10 is rotated, the sleeve 3 and magnet 1' rotates in the arrow direction. As the sleeve revolves, the conveying power of the sleeve is strong and in the developing part the magnet also revolves, hence developing efficiency improves as well.
