Abstract
PURPOSE: To realize a device with which the surge resistance quantity can be easily and automatically measured for the component parts by supplying three different prescribed current value sequentially to each terminal pair of plural number of the semiconductor parts via the switching means and then measuring memorizing and calculating the voltage corresponding to the three different current value.
CONSTITUTION: The signals sent from control part 10 using the microcomputer are applied to terminal switching part 2, and the current given from current setting part 3 is supplied through switching from the first place of measured object terminal array part 1 in sequence to be then measured at voltage/current measuring part 4.
