Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to display always the image of an object in a fixed position on a screen even if the optical axis is shifted at a zooming time, by operating synchronizing signals for a camera according to the difference between the position of a mark provided on the object and the set position.
CONSTITUTION: Detector 10 detects mark 12 of object 11 from TV camera 1 and supplies mark signal 16 to vertical register 6 and horizontal register 9. Vertical comparator 3 compares set reference vertical position signal 19 with mark vertical position signal 17 and outputs vertical shift quantity 21, and horizontal comparator outputs horizontal shift quantity 22 similarly. Phase controller 2 controls the phase of vertical and horizontal synchronizing signals 13 and 14 correspondingly to quantities 21 and 22, and supplies synchronizing signals 23 to camera 1. As a result, object 11 can be displayed in a fixed position even if the optical axis is shifted on monitor 24 at a zooming time.
