Abstract

PURPOSE: To save energy and resource while to prevent polution by utilizing the waste heat from burning furnace for next coating process of varnish.
CONSTITUTION: Annealed copper wire 2 fed from th supplier 1 is preheated by ultra-infrared rays heater 3 then coated with varnish through coating device 4-1. Then said coated wire is burnt at burning furnace 5-1 and hardened. Then it is forcefully air cooled by forced air cooler 6-1 associated with blower 7-1 to cool to desired preheating temperature. When applying similar coating/burning process continuously by desired times on the coated wired applied with first coating/burning process, required enameled wire is produced which is wound over wire winder 8.
