The input shaft 12 of the steering unit 13 is connected to the output shaft 3b of the speed reducer 3. The output shafts 101, 111, 122, 131 of the steering unit 13 are coupled to the transmission mechanisms B1, B2, B3. A lever 14 of the shifting mechanism F for shifting the steering operation of the steering unit 13 is connected to a shifting shaft 20 through a shaft 16.
