Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the price setting operations by providing a price setting circuit in a manner to correspond to a commodity selecting switch so that this switch may be used for the price setting purpose.

CONSTITUTION: A setting mode input is fed to render a price setting circuit 2 operative so that the number of selecting signals by the operation of a commodity selecting switch 42 may be counted and stored. If, for example, it is determined in advance that setting of 10 yens is accomplished for a single operation of the switch, ten times of depression are set in the case of the price of 100 yens. The vending price data stored in the circuit 2 are fed to a price reading circuit 3 and stored. The stored content is displayed in a display circuit 43 and fed to a comparator circuit 24 so that it may be compared with the signals from a coin mech 5, which correspond to the sum inserted. In the case of set price is equal or smaller than inserted sum, the signals are fed to a circuit 6 for generating vending allowance signals. On the basis of the output of a reversing circuit 14, a selecting circuit 8 feeds the selecting signals from the switch 42 to a coincidence circuit 7, only in case there is no set mode input, to render a vending mechanism drive circuit 9 movable so that the signals of the SW 42 for the price setting purpose are locked.
