This state is continued until the indication of the moisture measuring element 5 becomes less than the preconfirmed indication value, after which the valve 7 then valves 3, 6, 8 are closed. At this time the valve 8 is so regulated that the internal pressure of the vessel 4 becomes sufficiently lower than the gas pressure of the body 1. Thereafter, the valve 2 is opened, through which the gas having been sealed in the body 1 enters the inside of the vessel 4 and its moisture is measured by the measuring element 5.
