Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a control system for controlling operation of AC elevator, in which gain of a phase-shift controlling means is designed to be switched between accelerating operation and decelerating operation so as to afford a proper gain to both of acceleration contolling system and deeleration conrolling system, whereby it is enabled to make the control system economical and efficient.
CONSTITUTION: Control element for controlling driving torque of three-phase induction motor is constituted by thyristors 11, 12 connected in parallel reversely, and control element for controlling the braking torque is constituted by a rectifying control circuit made of thyristors 11, 12 and diodes 13, 14. furter, the same control means 18-1 is employed in a phase-shift controlling unit 18 for controlling the driving torque and braking torque, and a control system is constituted by the means 18-1, control means 18-3 capable of freely controlling the gain of phase-shifting characteristics of said unit 18 at the time of controlling driving torque and braking torque, and switching means 18-2 for switching the operation of said control means 18-3 at the time of contolling the driving torque and braking torque. By means of the phase-shift controlling unit 18 arranged as above, current and velocity damping means are eliminated and construction of standard-velocity instructing means 15 can be simplified. Further, other control sections otherwise required can be also eliminated, so that construction of the entire system can be made simple and hence economical, and at the same time, operation of the control system is rendered reliable.
