Abstract
PURPOSE: To indicate plural alarm displays, by generating electric signals by using gas sensor of which property changes when coming in contact with gas, and operating the alarm display device through signal distributor.
CONSTITUTION: For instance, nickel-chrome heating body layer 2, tin oxide layer 3 containing a trace of Pd, and metallic electrode films 4, 4 are formed on a glass substrate 1 measuring about 4 × 4 mm to obtain a sensor element. For instance, when three kinds of buzzers are used, a signal sound of 4000 Hz is sounded when the concentration is more than 2.2% (within the explosive limit), 2000 Hz when the concentration is within 0.2 to 0.3% (critical range), and 500 Hz when the concentration is within 0.05%.
