Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to use the circuit as the circuit Vth (threshold voltage) compensating circuit of a linear amplifier by connecting one terminal of a parallel circuit composed of a couple of identical type MOS transistors Tr to a power supply via a load MOSTr. CONSTITUTION:Output V01 of differential amplifier 1 supplied with inversional input V- and non-inversional input V+ is amplified by linear amplifier 2, whose output V02 is converted into output V03 by buffer circuit 3 before being led to the outside of the circuit. Circuit Vth (threshold voltage) compensating circuit 4 of amplifier 2 operates as a linear amplifier supplied with inputs V- and V+ of amplifier 1 and by its output, circuit Vth of amplifier 2 is adjusted, thereby operating the operational amplifier at a constant voltage gain regardless of the setting of V+ and V-.
