Abstract
PURPOSE: To realize output of measured temperature signal by detecting absorption frequency at high precision with high resistance to noise, by detecting double harmonic component and triple harmonic aomponent of low frequency signal of amplitude modulation signal obtained from sensor oscillator, and utilizing both components.
CONSTITUTION: Due to the signal from a control circuit 6, the oscillation frequency (ν) of a sensor oscillator 2 is subjected to high speed sweeping as in (e), and when the output signal Ef' of a detecting means 41 becomes equal to a constant value Ec as in figure (b), the sweeping stops, and the frequency is held at νc. The circuit 6, when the output signal of detecting means 42 is E25<E2 (constant value), checks the existence of absorption frequency signal νt by double frequency signal E2f due to the absorption phenomenon of the change in signal Ef', and prevents malfunction of noise disturbance. Next, the circuit 6 closes a switch S1, and controls the oscillator 2 so that the output signal Ef of the means 41 (triple harmonic component) may be zero. Thus, by making the oscillation frequency (ν) equal to the frequency vt at high precision, and making calculations, the temperature may be obtained at high precision.
