Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the frequency response at ultra low frequency region, by providing the AC feedback path and DC feedback path separately in the amplifier having the differential amplifying circuit at the pre-stage and SEPP amplifying circuit at the post stage. CONSTITUTION:The signal fed to the terminal 10 is amplified with the differential amplifying circuit 11, in single end push pull SEPP amplification 14, and it is fed to the load 20 from the output middle point A. Simultaneously, it is negative feedbacked to the base of the transistor Tr13 of the circuit 11 via the AC negative feedback circuit 22. Capacitor 31 is provided to avoid DC component from being flowed to the circuit 22. If the DC voltage at the output middle point A is changed toward positive, the base voltage of Tr26 is increased via the AC rejecting filter 25, Tr26 is conductive, and the base voltage of Tr13 is increased, and the conduction of Tr13 is lowered. Accordingly, the conduction of Tr15, 18, 19 is increased, the voltage at the output middle point A is lowered, the DC voltage variation toward positive is compensated, and the amplifier stable to the ultra low frequency region can be established.
