Abstract

PURPOSE:To stop the vibrating table without causing abnormal acceleration at the occurence of abnormality by easing the abrupt change of the electric signals being applied to the servo valves which control the vibrations of the vibrating table. CONSTITUTION:The servo valve controlling signal corresponding to the displacements of the vibrating table from a servo amplifier 7 is applied to a power amplifier 16 by way of an adder 17 to which the positive voltage of an easing circuit 23 is applied, and by way of a low input filter 19 via a primary delay device 18 of the time constant respondable to the control signal in the normal time. On the other hand, the servo valve controlling signal from an amplifier 7 by way of an adder 20 to which the negative voltage is applied and a high input filter 21 is also similarly processed. When the servo control signals change abruptly owing to abnormality, etc., the servo valves are controlled by the delay signals immediate before their changes by way of delay circuits 18, 21. Hence, the bibrating table may be safely stopped without applying any large acceleration to the displacement-controlled vibration base at the occurrence of abnormality.
