Abstract

PURPOSE: To work efficiently and to improve accuracy of dimension by fixing two points of a rectangular coil conductor and holding both ends with a end cramp at the end of a bending arm to mold-form with applying back tension at the arm.
CONSTITUTION: A straight rectangular coil wire conductor 1 is cramped at two points corresponding to both ends of a linear portion 1a with a linear portion cramp 3, while a lead portion 1c is cramped with an end cramp 6 at the end of a holder, for a coil end 1b, which is movable in nearly parallel to the linear portion 1a and rotatable around a supporting point on a parallel line to the linear portion 1a as a center. Then, the conductor 1 is transfered along a surface of a R-mold 4 and rotated with a rotation of the end cramp 6 to give a predetermined open angle θ. In this process, a bending arm 7 is rotated with applying back tension. By this means, the conductor 1 is mold-formed efficiently to a half diamond form with an accurate dimension.
