Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate easy and high-accuracy production of the shift tilting device by using the 2-dimensional cam and the straight line-revolution converting mechanism, and thus to enhance the accuracy and quality.
CONSTITUTION: The 2-dimensional cam 21 containing meandering guide groove 22 on its upper surface is provided in parallel to the shift direction of operation board 20. With shift of board 20, lever 25 tip cam roller 26 of which is fitted to groove 22 has rotations centering on support axle 24, and coupling rod 29 goes back and forth. Then straight line-revolution converting mechanism 31 possessing support 30 is installed to one end of rod 29. In other words, panel P is tilted via holding cylinder 36 fixed to axle 34 by the prescribed amount of angle via the rotary force transmitted to gear 35 through the converting mechanism comprising major gear 33 and minor gear 35. In addition to the gear, the pulley formed with the wire can be used for the converting mechanism. Thus, the tilting device can be produced in an easy way and with a high accuracy. Furthermore, the defect occurrence caused by the oil, etc. can be prevented since the cam can be located at a position distant away from the panel, thus enhancing the quality.
