Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent unbalanced brake force by placing a pair of control valves symmetrically with respect of a plane made by spring action line and its center line. CONSTITUTION:Each similar construction of a primary control valve 8 and a secondary control valve 9 including a plunger 10, 10', poppet valve body 12, 12', valve seat 13, 13', and spring 14, 14', symmetrically with respect of a plane made by a spring action line and its center line, is accomodated in a primary plunger room 2 or a secondary plunger room 3 situated parallelly with each other. Once a brake pedal 33 is stepped on, oil in a master cylinder 29 is sent pressurized to front-wheel cylinders 28, 31 and inlets 4, 6. During initial braking, the poppet valves 12, 12' opened allow the oil to flow into rear-wheel cylinders 30, 32 through outlets 5, 7. The plungers 10, 10' move against the spring 26 and the poppet valves 12, 12' are closed of itself. When the plungers 10, 10' are recovered, the poppet valves 12, 12' are opened. During that action, the force of the spring 26 is loaded on the plungers 10, 10' so that required purpose can be attained.
