Each wire 5 is continuously passed through forming unit 7 while attaching mild steel tape 6 lengthwise to tightly cover wire 5 with tape 6 at an overlapped state, thus obtaining a plurality of composite linear additives 8. By this method the productivity can be enhanced without danger of ignition of Ca.
