CONSTITUTION:(A) 0.05-5 wt% of a cationized cellulose ether of formula I [R1-3 are H, fromula II (R4-6 are H, methyl; R7 is methyl, ethyl, propyl; X is halogen; m, n, q are 0-10; average value of m+n+q is 1-3 per glucose unit; average value of q is 0.2-0.5; l is 100-20000), (B) 0.001-10 wt% of a natural essence extracted from animals or plants such as flowers of chamomile, licorice or yolk lecithin and (C) 5-30 wt% of an anionic or amphoteric surfactant are dissolved in water. EFFECT:Medicinal effects of natural essences are continuously retained not only on hair washing but also after hair washing.
