Also, electro-conductive solution which is obtaind by mixing electro-conductive substance in the solution in which same material with the ring is solved in solvent is painted on the ring, and the ring 1 which has electro- conductive layer 4 on the surface is formed. For example, electro-conductive solution in which poly-carbonate is solved in solvent of methlane chloride and acetylane black is mixed in resin in the proportion of 0.3-2.0 of acetylane black to resin is painted on an opening type ring made of poly-carbonate in which projection 2 is provided on the one end of the opening part and concaved part 3 that the projection 2 is inserted is provided on another end and electro-conductive layer 4 is formed on the surface. Thus, electric field at the fixed part of the ring 1 of transmission line can be relived and drop of corona starting voltage can be prevented.
