CONSTITUTION: PH is easily adjusted at 8W9 (Particularly, 8.6) by adding alkali carbonate (For example, sodium carbonate) after adding and mixing Al salt (For example, aluminium sulfate) to waste water (For example, plating waste water) containing Zn. Consequently, the precipitation of zinc hydroxide is formed, and the coagulation effect of flock is heightened by adding an organic high molecular coagulant to said precipitation, thus purification disposing waste water.
