Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a curable composition giving a cured product having excellent crack resistance, thermal conductivity, and sound absorption, composed of a product obtained by the polymerization of an epoxy-group-containing monomer in a liquid epoxy compound, and a hardener for epoxy resin.
CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) 100 parts by weight of a curable composition comprising (a) a product obtained by the radical polymerization of two or more epoxy group-containing monomers such as glycidyl (meth)acrylate, or acrylic oligomers such as 1W8C acrylic acid alkyl ester, in an epoxy compound which is liquid at 25°C, e.g. 1,6-hexanediol diglycidyl ether, epoxydized soybean oil, etc., and (b) a hardener for epoxy resin such as amine, acid anhydride, etc., and (B) 10W500 parts by weight of an inorganic filler such as alumina, silica, etc.
EFFECT: A cured product having low oder, low viscosity, and excellent curability and flexibility, can be easily obtained.
