Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the signal having stable phase velocity with a simple constitution, by developig the signal with the second repetitive speed from the voltage controlled oscillator and outputting the phase with the first repetitive speed by inversion.
CONSTITUTION: The horizontal synchronizing pulse is locked to the first repetitive speed with the gate circuit 16, generating the second repetitive speed with the 1/2 down counter 18, and the output is fed to the phase comparator 20. Further, the center frequency of the second repetitive speed is outputted with the voltage controlled oscillator VCO 22, the output is demultiplied into the first repetitive speed with the down counter 24, forming PLL with feedback to the phase comparator 20. Further, the phase of the second signal is inverted in the first repetitive speed unit and output is made from the terminal 23. Thus, the signal of stable phase speed can be outputted with a simple constitution.
