Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid giving the effect to one oscillator while the other oscillator undergoes the frequency adjustment, by sticking the material featuring a higher fusing point than the gold (Au) to the overlap area of the oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The Cr, the high-fusing-point material of W, Mo, Ta and the like, the Cr and the Au are sticked trhough the spattering 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d respectively of overlap area 3 between two units of tuning fork type crystal oscillator B1, and B2 forming a composite oscillator. When laser beam l is trradiated at area 3 for the frequency adjustment of oscillator B1, for instance, 3d and 3c can be fused away by the light and heat. However, 3b could not removed away because it is a high- fusing-point material. Accordingly, light l does not pass through oscillator B1, so the frequency adjustment is possible for B1 with no effect given to 3a and 3d on the back and thus to the other side oscillator B2.
