Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the accuracy and reduce the size of a balance by making a lobarbal mechanism of an integral frame structure of a single part and by filling the lobarbal mechanism with four upper and lower springs to eliminate the causes for errors due to the friction in a bearing and to looseness in fitting respective parts.
CONSTITUTION: All of such parts are made into an integral structure as include: stationary and movable frames 2 and 3 which are arranged in parallel in upright positions; subtansially horizontal upper and lower frames 4 and 5 which connect the frame 2 and 3 and which are arranged in parallel; a support base 6 and a slit plate supporting arm 7 which are made to project horizontally between the frames 4 and 5 from the movable frame 3 to the stationary frame 2; and a spring retaining portion 8 which is made to project horizontally to the outside from the movable frame 3. The connecting positions of the upper and lower frams 4 and 5 connecting the two frame 2 and 3 are made thin to form a leaf spring portion 9, thus constructing a lobarbal mechanism. A stationary slit plate 18 is fixed to the stationary frame 2, and a corresponding movable slit plate 19 is fixed to the leading end of the supporting arm 7 so that dislocation detecting means is made of these two slit plates 18 and 19.
