Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily perform the total inspection of the quantity of a thermal medium filled into a bottle vessel in a process of producing the bottle vessel without taking labor and inspection time by means of a method based on the transmittivity of the bottle vessel and the reflecting quantity of light in a method of inspecting the qauntity of the thermal medium filled into the bottle vessel.
CONSTITUTION: Sealed bottle vessel 1 with a double structure in transparent glass, ceramic, etc. is arranged by an outer wall 2 and an inwall 3, and provided with a deaerated sealed cavity 4. An appropriate quantity of an evaporative thermal medium 5, such as, alcohol, freon, water, etc. is enclosed into the cavity 4, and the thermal medium 5 is collected to a heating portion 6 by the action of gravity. The vessel 1 is equipped with a reflector 23 for measuring transmittivity, which serves as the inspection of the quantity of the thermal medium filled into the vessel 1, and the light receiving instrument 24. In a process of producing the vessel 1, the level A rises when the quantity of the thermal medium 5 filled into the cavity 4 of the vessel 1 is much, thus resulting in the easy judgment by transmittivity if beforehand coloring the thermal medium 5, then ensuring easy inspection.
