CONSTITUTION:A part 4b of non-loading part 4a of an endless tape 4 is engaged with a tape mengaging eans 5 of a supply reel 2, and this part is folded double so as to be wound up in double ply state. The other part 4c of non-loading part 4a is engaged with a tape engating means 6 of a takeup reel 3. When the reel 3 is rotated together with a capstan 13 in the arrow direction, the part 4c of the tape is wound on the reel 3 in the double folded state. By this winding, double tapes 4d, 4e are simultaneously let off at the side of reel 2, and the 4d side of tape runs on the tape passage to be wound on reed 3, while the 4e side of tape is directly wound on reel 3. By thus constituting, deformation on the endless tape may be prevented, contributing to a longer service life.
