Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent dehydration and drying of juicy food by division-forming a juicy food exclusive chamber at the lower part and preventing direct inflow of circulating cooling air. CONSTITUTION:In a cold storage body 1, a cold-air flowing path 16 is formed which is equipped with an evaporator 15 which forms a coolant cycle with an coolant compressor 13 and a condenser 14, and the cold storage bosy is divided into upper refrigerating chamber 7, middle cold storage chamber 8, and lower juicy food exclusive chamber 9 by a partition wall 5 having inlet ports 17 and 18 a partition plate 6 which is made of metal plate such as aluminium or synthetic resin and is equipped with a wave-shaped metal heat-exchanging plate 25 at the bottom 25. The inside of an auxiliary storage pan 30 arranged under the partition wall 5 and the inside of a cooling chamber 26, and a cooling air duct 20 and the inside of the cooling chamber 26 are connected with hollow pipes 29 and 27 respectively. Thus, the direct inflow of circulating cooled-air to the juicy food exclusive chamber 9 in the lower part is eliminated, and the dehydration and drying of food can be prevented, and due to the inflow of the cooling air from the cooling air duct 20 into the cooling chamber 26, cooling effect can be improved.
