Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a miniature size as well as to enhance the productivity and the characterisitcs of the tuning fork type oscillator, by setting the space ratio between two forks as well as the minimum width of the fork to the specified value. CONSTITUTION:The fork width is referred to as W, and the groove width of the fork is d0 respectively. And the ratio between them is set as W/d0>25. As a result, the degree of oscillation coupling can be enhanced with improved electric characteristics. Furthermore, the productivity can be increased by reducing the gap of the forks.
